Terms and Conditions of Service

By hiring the services of Paellas en Casa, you accept the following conditions, designed to guarantee a professional, safe gastronomic experience that meets all expectations:

1. Preparation and Schedule

The team will arrive between 3 and 4 hours before the service, depending on the size of the event. We guarantee punctuality at the start and end of the service. If the service is extended beyond the expected time due to reasons beyond our team’s control or if additional unforeseen services are requested, a surcharge may apply.

2. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

The client must inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at least 15 days before the event. We are not responsible for reactions or incidents resulting from the lack of this information. Our allergen chart is available on the website and during the event.

3. Civil Liability

We have civil liability insurance. The client must provide a safe workspace. If access involves more than 30 meters or more than 10 steps, a surcharge of €30 per extra person needed will apply.

4. Space Conditions and Supplies

The space must have an electrical outlet (within 10 m) and access to running water. In very hot months, the client must provide a shaded area. For nighttime events, the client must provide lighting. If it is not possible to provide any of these necessities, the client must inform us as soon as possible so that Paellas en Casa can find a solution.

5. Quality Guarantee

We use fresh, quality ingredients. In the case of fish, it may be previously frozen under controlled conditions to guarantee flavor and safety.

6. Surcharges for Exclusive Kitchen Service

Up to 20 people: €80

More than 20 people: €4 per person

Surcharge for each additional variety of paella: €80

7. Waitstaff and Cleaning

Dining room service must be contracted separately. We leave our work area clean and manage waste generated by our service. We are not responsible for waste from third parties or the client.

8. Cancellations

More than 2 months in advance: full refund of deposit.

Between 1 and 2 months: 50% refund.

Less than 1 month: no refund. The remaining payment must be made before the event starts (cash, bank transfer, or Bizum).

9. Changes in Reservation

Changes (number of people, type of paella, etc.) are accepted up to 15 days before. After that date, they are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

10. Unforeseen Events and Force Majeure

In case of illness, technical failures, or accidents, we will try to guarantee the service with quick solutions or alternative personnel. If not possible, a refund or a new date will be offered, by agreement.

11. Weather Conditions

If bad weather prevents the service, the client must propose alternatives. If it cannot be carried out, we do not assume responsibility for cancellations.

12. Use of Materials

All materials used are property of Paellas en Casa and will be removed after the event. If anything is left at the location, it must be returned in good condition.

13. Images and Social Media

We may use images from the event on our social media channels, always without showing faces without prior consent. We comply with GDPR regulations.

14. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, both parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.

15. Acceptance

Acceptance of these conditions is automatic upon payment of the deposit (30%). No signature is required.
